Studio and mobile appointments

• MILURituals offers private appointments at our Luton home studio, which is the main setting for treatments.
• Mobile manicures and pedicures are available subject to a £35 minimum treatment value. Please confirm your chosen treatment, location, availability and any travel charges with us before booking.
• Massage and other treatments are normally provided at our Luton studio. Massage appointments for men are offered as mobile visits only and are not available at the home studio. Please confirm your chosen treatment, location, availability and the price of your visit before booking.
• If you’re housebound or unable to travel to the studio, other treatments may be available at home by prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances. Treatment suitability, availability and the price of your visit must be confirmed before booking.
• The services we provide are of a strictly professional nature and solely in accordance with the treatments listed.

Booking and payment

• All treatments, whether carried out in the salon or on a mobile basis, are subject to a £10.00 booking fee that will be used to secure your appointment. This fee will be offset against your treatment and must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
• Regretfully, we can only wait 2 hours for you to pay the deposit; otherwise, the appointment may be set aside for another customer.
• The address is provided once the deposit has been paid and the appointment has been confirmed.

Consultations and your appointment

• You may be asked to complete a client consultation card ahead of your appointment. In line with our insurance policy, a consultation card must be completed for all new clients and updated after each treatment for existing clients.
• Some treatments may require an in-depth consultation.
• Please attend at your appointment time. If you need to bring a companion or carer, discuss this with us before booking.

Cancellations and prices

• Cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice will incur a non-refundable fee of £10.00, although we will try our utmost to accommodate your needs. We appreciate that, from time to time, events beyond our control can arise.
• Treatment prices may be subject to change.
